Neighborhood Marketing Representative

MerryGlow Lighting is seeking reliable Neighborhood Marketing Representatives to distribute door hangers and other approved marketing materials throughout selected communities.

This is different from the Field Sales Consultant position. You are not expected to knock on every door or close sales. Your primary responsibility is completing assigned routes accurately and helping MerryGlow reach homeowners in the neighborhoods we serve.

What You Will Do

• Distribute MerryGlow door hangers along assigned neighborhood routes
• Place materials only in approved locations
• Follow property-access and local solicitation requirements
• Never place marketing materials inside mailboxes
• Track completed streets, homes, and quantities
• Submit route verification when required
• Use assigned QR codes or campaign identifiers
• Report access issues, gated areas, or unusable addresses
• Answer basic questions politely and direct interested homeowners to the MerryGlow sales team
• Maintain a professional appearance and respectful behavior in every neighborhood

• Working smartphone with location and camera access
• Reliable transportation to assigned neighborhoods
• Ability to follow routes and document completed work accurately
• Respect for private property and neighborhood rules
• Some afternoon, evening, or weekend availability may be helpful

Compensation

Compensation may be hourly or based on verified route completion. Certain campaigns may also include a bonus for qualified inquiries connected to the representative’s tracking code.
