Holiday Lighting Installer

MerryGlow Lighting is currently accepting early interest for its 2026 holiday-lighting installation team. This is not an immediate-start position. Selected applicants will be contacted as team planning and training schedules are finalized.

Installation and safety training will begin in September 2026. Our first customer installations are expected to begin in October, followed by in-season maintenance and post-season takedowns beginning in January 2027.

What You Will Do

• Install professional holiday lighting on homes and commercial properties
• Install custom-cut roofline lighting, wreaths, garlands, tree lighting, and other approved display elements
• Use ladders, clips, extension cords, timers, and installation equipment safely
• Keep wires, connections, and power distribution as clean and discreet as possible
• Follow the approved property design and installation plan
• Photograph completed work and document materials used
• Assist with service calls and in-season maintenance
• Remove displays carefully after the holiday season
• Label, organize, and prepare customer materials for storage
• Protect customers’ homes, landscaping, and property throughout the project

What We Are Looking For

• Dependability and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfort working outdoors in changing temperatures
• Comfort using ladders and working at approved heights
• Ability to perform physical work and lift installation materials, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and crew leadership
• Professional behavior around customers and their property
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are strongly preferred
• Roofing, landscaping, construction, electrical, maintenance, or holiday-lighting experience is helpful but not required
